Ty took extra care for my 2021 Audi S5 which was in need of an annual oil change. Not only did he help with this service, but Ty was informational and was able to point out certain issues that were happening with my vehicle just out of courtesy. Due to Ty's due diligence, he was able to find that I had mild coolant migration occurring with my coolant, and recommended the next steps I should take so that my car is in like-new condition. I will be going back to Beach House Imports for all my Audi servicing needs from now on. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to the Audi dealerships, so that is greatly appreciated from my end.

Great customer service from Tim and Tai. Honest mechanics with lots of experience in German cars. They may not be the cheapest in town but here you're paying for solutions, not guess work like at other shops. Quality work will save you money in the long run. Also, their guarantee is solid, I even got my money back one time when it was going to be more expensive to fix my a/c than to replace my good old Audi. Thank you for always keeping my A4 up and running. I recently bought a VW so I'm planning to come back soon for a scheduled service.

Tim, Ty and the staff at Beach House Imports are simply great! I had an inspection done by an Audi Dealership. I had brought it in for a tire replacement and during their 'inspection' process said that I had what appeared to be a transmission seal leak. They estimated the work to be about $6400 to replace the seals and evaluate the transmission. I brought it to Beach House Imports and they said, NO transmission leak at all, but instead the oils in that area was simply from a messy oil replacement or messy topping off of oil. Yeah, $6400 in savings!!! Plus, I needed new control arms and bushings and Beach House Imports was $450 less than the quote from the dealership. More savings. Almost $7000 saved thanks to the honesty, knowledge and service from Beach House Imports! Thank you guys!
