Beach city Imports mechanics were amazing, they really care about their work and incurred unexpected charges, instead of passing them on to me, which I truly appreciate. I purchased a 2010 S6 that needed major work. I took it Beach House for a full inspection. Tim was honest, up front, and he really cares! He went through my car from head to toe. He itemized the necessary repairs. He explained the repairs clearly & took the time to fix ONLY what was necessary & understood my budget was tight... Ty & Tim helped me complete a major engine job on my car that would have been over $20K if I took it to Audi dealer. With their patience and help I was able to get almost a completely rebuilt motor; and also replaced two rear lights, one front running light & a total front headlamp assembly. The engine in a 2010 S6 is a V-10 and it is a fine tuned machine; very difficult & time consuming to work on. Tim & Ty gave me a maintenance schedule to follow, and a year later with only regular oil changes my car is still purring like a kitten. 150K miles & it drives like new! Tim & Ty know their stuff. They are honest & trustworthy! This is a very rare quality in todays auto repair world. Highly Recommend Beach House Motors! 10 Star Rating! **********

Tim, Ty and the staff at Beach House Imports are simply great! I had an inspection done by an Audi Dealership. I had brought it in for a tire replacement and during their 'inspection' process said that I had what appeared to be a transmission seal leak. They estimated the work to be about $6400 to replace the seals and evaluate the transmission. I brought it to Beach House Imports and they said, NO transmission leak at all, but instead the oils in that area was simply from a messy oil replacement or messy topping off of oil. Yeah, $6400 in savings!!! Plus, I needed new control arms and bushings and Beach House Imports was $450 less than the quote from the dealership. More savings. Almost $7000 saved thanks to the honesty, knowledge and service from Beach House Imports! Thank you guys!
