I purchased a 2010 S6 that needed major work. I took it Beach House for a full inspection. Tim was honest, up front, and he really cares! He went through my car from head to toe. He itemized the necessary repairs. He explained the repairs clearly & took the time to fix ONLY what was necessary & understood my budget was tight... Ty & Tim helped me complete a major engine job on my car that would have been over $20K if I took it to Audi dealer. With their patience and help I was able to get almost a completely rebuilt motor; and also replaced two rear lights, one front running light & a total front headlamp assembly. The engine in a 2010 S6 is a V-10 and it is a fine tuned machine; very difficult & time consuming to work on. Tim & Ty gave me a maintenance schedule to follow, and a year later with only regular oil changes my car is still purring like a kitten. 150K miles & it drives like new! Tim & Ty know their stuff. Great customer service from Tim and Tai. Honest mechanics with lots of experience in German cars. They may not be the cheapest in town but here you're paying for solutions, not guess work like at other shops. Quality work will save you money in the long run. Also, their guarantee is solid, I even got my money back one time when it was going to be more expensive to fix my a/c than to replace my good old Audi. Thank you for always keeping my A4 up and running. I recently bought a VW so I'm planning to come back soon for a scheduled service.
